The Genoa Boat Show, which is being held from September 21 to 26, 2023, is an opportunity to admire the latest in the boating world. Among the many boats on display, most striking is the beauty of the yachts and sailboats.
A unique event, where we at byyacht could not miss it!
Over a thousand exhibitors and more than 1,300 boats on display from 2 to 40 meters in length, visitors from all over the world, and of course the big yachts and beautiful sailboats take the cover !
This year, however, the protagonist is also the very location of the Boat Show itself, around which the work does not stop, the construction site for the new Levante Waterfront redesigned by Renzo Piano for the redevelopment of the eastern seaside part of the city. The surprise then are the new navigable canals with 150 new berths and the latest industry innovations.
200,000 square meters of space, both on land and water, with 85 percent of the areas completely outdoors.
Let’s take a look at some of the most interesting new features.
CNB78
CNB, a French brand that is part of the Solaris Group, presented the new CNB 78 at the boat show, which takes up the legacy (as many as 32 units sold) of the CNB76 and is built in the Aquileia shipyard.
Designed by Philippe Briand, the CNB 78 (24.85 meters in length by 6.10 in maximum beam) maintains a waterline length of less than 24 meters (22.20 feet), which facilitates navigation in coastal waters.
The interior of the CNB 78 with the aft area designated for crew and galley has a large square to the descent from the cockpit and offers four cabins: a master suite and two guest cabins with doubles (one can be converted to twin beds) and a twin cabin for the crew.
In a semi-custom design, the owner’s suite of the CNB 78 can be fitted with a bed towards the stern and a desk or a bed towards the bow and a sofa. The auxiliary engine is a 175-hp Volvo.
New FLY 72 – Azimut Yachts
New Fly 72 debuts for the first time in Italy, with exteriors designed by Alberto Mancini and interiors by architect and designer Fabio Fantolino, making his nautical debut.
The design philosophy behind the interiors declines the exclusive atmospheres of the nautical world into a contemporary language. The interiors are characterized by very soft lines and wood side by side with bronze and glossy lacquers.
The exteriors add the family feeling of the Fly Series to an additional cleanliness of line, emphasizing sculptural tension.
Seawalker 43 Panorama
The latest model created by Fiart, the Seawalker 43 Panorama, makes its debut at the 63rd International Boat Show. This is the flagship of the Seawalker collection that offers plenty of room for relaxation and conviviality with the large aft bridge and dining area in the cockpit.
Special features include the crystal windshield, and the special Har Top that allowed for expanded deck space. Below deck alongside the shipyard’s choice of new woods and fabrics, the cabins are in the Fiart tradition of comfort with separate bathrooms and capacious closets.
Solaris Power 52
Solaris Power has unveiled its latest open: the Solaris Power 52 that bears the signature of one of the most established studios in the high-performance boat industry: Victory Design led by Brunello Acampora.
At 16.20 meters long with a 5-meter maximum beam, the Solaris Power 52 is distinguished by its hull with a deep V and starboard bow to guarantee smooth sailing and by the ample deck space accessed from the beach area with tender lift.
The cockpit can be declined in three variants with different organizations with the large C-shaped sofa facing aft, served by a central table and protected by the T-top, which can be replaced by two opposing seats or a single sofa.
Customization is also possible in the interior with two configurations: with double double cabin and crew cabin or three cabins, two double and one twin. Motorization can be two IPS 650 or two IPS 800 with maximum speeds of 30 and 24 knots, respectively.

TURISMO 9.5, LOMAC
Lomac, a Milanese brand led by the third generation of the Lo Manto family and a leader in the design and construction of top-quality inflatable boats, presents the Turismo 9.5 in Genoa.
Characterized by particularly sporty and sleek exterior lines and winks at ‘heavy duty’ military boats. Turismo 9.5 offers performance, versatility and ample space on board for guests.
